Welcome to Icon Brickell

Welcome to Icon Brickell Miami Condos – the authoritative website for Icon Brickell condo sales and rentals.  Icon Brickell, considered one of the most revered residential addresses in Miami, offers luxury finishes, world-class amenities, and a number of on-site, fine-dining options. This site is a Miami Condo Investments production – your source for luxury homes and condos in Miami.

Icon Brickell amenities, well-reputed for being over-the-top and impressive, include a 300-foot long swimming pool, a 50-person hot tub, café with poolside food and beverage service, towel service, game room, movie theater, 24-hour valet parking, 24-hour full-service concierge, and a 28,000 square foot spa and fitness center operated by the W Miami Hotel.  Restaurants at Icon Brickell include the world famous Italian eatery Cipriani, Mexican cuisine from La Cantina No. 20, and American infused flavors from 15th & Vine Kitchen & Bar located off the pool deck in tower 3.  The vista from these three restaurants at Icon Brickell is remarkable, each offering breathtaking water views while dining or enjoying drinks.

Another big selling point for Icon Brickell is its location.  Located at 5th Street and Brickell Avenue, Icon Brickell is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and bars at Mary Brickell Village, as well as to the upcoming, $1B+ mixed-used development called Brickell City Centre.  Also, Icon Brickell is just a few short blocks from the upcoming Whole Foods which is currently in development and projected to open in 2015.

Important to note as well, Icon Brickell is a pet-friendly development for both owners and renters.  For dog owners, its proximity to two parks is a huge added bonus.   It is no secret that the neighborhood of Brickell Miami is in dire need of additional green space.  Two of the few parks that actually do exist in Brickell reside on either side of Icon Brickell.  Miami Circle Park borders Icon Brickell to the north while Brickell Park borders it to the south.  Throughout the day at these two locations, as well as along the surrounding baywalk, you will be sure to find a number of social dog owners along with their four-legged friends.

Completed in 2008, Icon Brickell is comprised of three residential towers totaling 1718 units.  Icon Brickell Tower 1 rises 57 stories with 713 total units; Icon Brickell Tower 2 rises 57 stories with 561 total units; and Icon Brickell Tower 3, also known as the W Miami Tower, rises 50 stories with 444 condo units and 148 hotel rooms.  Icon Brickell was developed by Related Group, designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica, and Philippe Starck brought his genius for interior design to the project by working on the common areas and residences.  With Icon Brickell, the three collaborators brought forth a masterpiece.  The total cost of development for Icon Brickell is estimated to be around $1B.  Related Group acquired the land on which Icon Brickell was developed for $94M.  And, in case you are wondering, the 100 Moai-inspired statutes found at the entrance of Icon Brickell cost the developer a total of $10M (each costing $100,000).
