Icon Brickell was developed by Related Group, designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica, and Philippe Starck brought his genius for interior design to the project by working on the common areas and residences. With Icon Brickell, the three collaborators brought forth a masterpiece. The total cost of development for Icon Brickell is estimated to be around $1B. Related Group acquired the land on which Icon Brickell was developed for $94M. And, in case you are wondering, the 100 Moai-inspired statutes found at the entrance of Icon Brickell cost the developer a total of $10M (each costing $100,000).
