With Icon Brickell, the three collaborators brought forth a masterpiece. Total cost of development for Icon Brickell is estimated to be around $1B. Related Group acquired the land on which Icon Brickell was developed for $94M. And, in case you are wondering, the 100 Moai-inspired statutes found at the entrance of Icon Brickell cost the developer a total of $10M (each costing $100,000).
